For nearly two hundred years, the Billecart family has been handing down the secrets to making exceptional champagne from generation to generation. A unique Champagne blend of 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier, from the best terroirs of the Marne.
Pale gold reflection is distinguished by the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its abundant and persistent bead. The bouquet is lively with flowery freshness that exudes aromas of fresh fruit and ripe pear. The palate is full, and richly flavoured. Currants, honey, ginger, peach and pear all intertwine throughout the mouth. A firm, bone-dry finish rounds of an excellent wine.
