The Angullong Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir Brut is a traditional sparkling wine. The 100 percent Chardonnay results in a sparkling wine that is crisp with fresh Granny Smith apple flavours. The secondary fermentation, which creates the fizz, builds the yeasty, creamy complexity that sparkling wines are renowned for. It is labelled ‘Brut’ in the French tradition as this indicates that this is dry wine. Enjoy well chilled.
