A whole riot of tropical and Autumn fruits upfront, lusciously textured yet with a light layer of tang on the finish. Peaches, nectarines, apricots, candied orange peel, drizzled with a little honey and attractive vanillin oak.
While this wine is predominately enjoyed with fruity desserts such as citrus tarts, poached pears or peach sorbet, it can also be a delicious aperitif with foie gras, freshly shucked oysters or scallops with truffle and pear.
