Bailly Lapierre Cremant De Bourgogne Reserve Brut NV France – The village of Bailly in Burgundy is the birthplace of the AOC Cremant de Bourgogne. In an underground quarry that provides unique natural conditions, Bailly Lapierre has crafted the finest sparkling wines of Burgundy. The classic noble grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are hand-harvested then vinified in a traditional manner. The resulting wines are finely chiselled, crisp and super stylish.
A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay, Aligoté, the wine is really fresh and lively with a complex bouquet that flows to a palate that while full also shows loads of bright fruitful flavour and finishes with cheerfully crunchy mouth-feel. This is a thirst-quencher, it is our easiest-drinking Cremant, clear-cut and clean with a lovely freshness.
