2022 Riposte The Foil Sauvignon Blanc Adelaide Hills – Batches of fruit are selected from two premium high altitude Adelaide Hills vineyards at Carey Gully and Piccadilly with each separately vinified. Both vineyards are cane pruned and on VSP trellis.
This vintage was of exceptional quality and good yields. The two cool, high sites produced fruit of great clarity and depth. It is racy and crisp overlayed with fresh passionfruit florals, creating a palate of intensity with precise balance.
