2022 Higher Plane Sun Dips Low Fiano Margaret River – Higher Plane is a family owned vineyard located in the heart of the Margaret River wine region. It was established in 1997 with the planting of the first vines on the Wintarru Road site, in the Forest Grove sub-region.
Silvery green in colour. The bouquet is of freshly cut pear & red apples; a dash of paprika spice with saline notes. Skin contact during fermentation has lent textural elements & complexity to the generous & assertive Nashi pear flavours, that are neatly framed by the wine’s phenolic structure & refreshing acidity.
Try this with Caprese salad or honey-soy glazed salmon with bok choy.
