2021 Zilzie Wines Regional Collection Rose Clare Valley – Fruit selected from the Clare Valley region was harvested in the cool of the night and gently pressed in order to maximise freshness and flavour in the juice. The juice was then cold settled and cool fermented in stainless steel with yeast strains selected to enhance the natural varietal characters. This wine was bottled after a short period of time on yeast lees to preserve freshness.
Bright pale pink with underlying salmon hue. Lifted aromas of red cherry and strawberry. Delicious cherry flavours, minerality along the palate and a lingering finish. Just what you would expect from a Clare Rosé.
