2022 Eden Road The Long Road Pinot Gris Canberra – Pinot gris is a white wine grape variety with rose coloured skins and is typically made into a white wine. Eden Road have allowed a small amount of skin contact to encourage some colour but more importantly some texture from phenolics. The result is a lovely blush coloured, textural, and crunchy Pinot Gris.
Pronounced flavours of strawberry and white peach dominate a round palate. The richness of the palate is balanced by fresh acidity and subtle notes of jasmine on the finish, producing a refreshing and moreish wine.
