Summer Hill Wine Shop is an independent boutique wine retailer specialising in wine only. Established in 1986 we have been on a never-ending journey of discovering the best and most exciting wines throughout Australia and across the world to share with our customers.

Throughout our 30+ years of experience in the wine industry we have forged lifelong connections and relationships with wineries and winemakers from all across Australia. We strive to connect our customers with the country’s most talented and hard-working winemakers and their outstanding wines. Our goal is to make it easier for everybody to access the most exciting and delicious wines that Australia and the world has to offer.

Our Selection of Wines

At Summer Hill Wine Shop, we are all about quality. Our range of 1500+ wines are sourced from a unique selection of vineyards scattered across Australia and the world. All wines are tasted and scored by our panel of experts to make sure the wines we offer are at the highest quality. Unlike some online retailers the majority of our wines are kept in store and are readily available. We want to be able to satisfy the most hard-core wine enthusiasts or the most casual of connoisseurs by offering a boutique approach to the world of wine with new and exciting wines and wineries while avoiding all the boring, mass produced, commercial stuff.

Our Passion

Summer Hill Wine Shop’s one and only passion is, you guessed it, WINE! The Australian wine industry has never been in such an exciting place with more choice, higher quality and new varietals flooding into the market. A mix of old and new age winemaking techniques are bringing new life to some old classics and adventurous new varietals. We love learning anything and everything about the forever evolving wine industry and passing that on to our customers.

Summer Hill Wine Shop is all about supporting the little guy who shares the same passion we have for the wine industry. From the small to medium boutique wineries, the hard-working farmers and grape growers, the family owned bottling lines and everyone else who flies under the radar in the beautiful world of wine.
